70s sci-fi and French modernism set a future-forward scene in this tranquil and timeless three floor, free-floating office space in Manhattan's Financial District. Designed with a brutally astute sense of spatial serenity and productivity, each space offers a feeling of external stimulation and creative mobility with airy views of the East River and the Empire State Building, internal respites of gardens and gallery wall corridors, and ethereal light that floods throughout. This project was completed in collaboartion with S9 Architecture.
